Because Conestoga Title Insurance Co. is not a member of the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania (TIRBOP), it has filed rates independently with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. What does this mean? That for policies exceeding one million dollars, RESG is able to offer very competitive commercial rates which can be substantially lower than that of its competitors.
To enable this edge, Conestoga Title Insurance Co., had filed their rates only up to $1,000,000.00, while the many other title companies in Pennsylvania (all of whom are members of their self created TIRBOP) have filed rates to $30,000,000.00. This allows RESG the ability to pass the savings outlined on this site along to its valued customers and clients.
What we will do.
Our agency’s rates are not only known as "all-inclusive" but also include therein a predetermined lump sum to compensate us for all the expenses and services required to deliver title insurance coverage together with all inclusive services to our customers and clients. These consist among other services of the following: the title search, examination and insurance, as well as the service of scheduling, preparing and conducting settlement.
For title coverage up to thirty million dollars, RESG combines its cost conscious rates that are a fraction of the rates filed by the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania (TIRBOP) all inclusive rates for policies over one million dollars, and delivers the same ALTA policy and inclusive services at significantly lower premiums than the predetermined TIRBOP “all inclusive rates”, resulting in significant savings, without any hidden cost. Yes, all charges are fully authorized and disclosed.
