An agency managed by Iolanda Vangeli, President and signing agent, and John D. Maida, Esquire, both of whom are lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. Mrs. Vangeli earned a BA degree from Beaver College in 1992, whereupon she began her career as a real estate paralegal and in the title insurance business. Starting as a title searcher, she thereafter labored through every facet of title insurance required to become a signing agent for Conestoga Title Insurance Company in 1998. John D. Maida, Esquire, earned a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle College in 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1973. Since 1973, he has engaged in the general practice of law, with emphasis on real estate, business and estates. Mr. Maida was appointed as an approved attorney by Conestoga Title Insurance Company in 1983, and became a licensed title agent in 1986. Together, they have orchestrated the issuance of over 5000 title policies and have combined nearly fifty (50) years of extensive experience in matters relating to real estate and title insurance.
